1. BOOKING POLICY -
Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment verification.
2. RESCHEDULE POLICY - Free rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking. Each booking is limited to one (1) reschedule. Reservations are transferable. The original booker must notify us and remains responsible for the booking. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
